I know that all of us mentors love the CAL (Collaborative Assessment Log), Scripting, and the Analysis of Student Work Tools. But I couldn't do without the "Knowing Students Across Dimensions Tool" that I whip out whenever a teacher starts to share a challenge with a particular student. Or the Communicating with Family Tool that we use together to prepare for conversations with students' families. I also love the lesson planning tools to help us think about effective, standards aligned instruction.
